Shipping Details
We are responsible for the safe delivery of items to the buyer. It is, therefore, the responsibility of worthstore.net to ensure safe delivery of the products at buyer’s doorstep.
Upon placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation call and email along with the order number. Customers can easily track their orders through order number. The status of an order is listed in any of the four categories i.e. Pending, Shipped, Delivered, or Delivery Failed. Initially, when you place an order, its status is set to Pending.
When your order is dispatched from WORTH, the status is updated to Shipped and you may receive the order any moment. When you will receive the order, the status is changed to “Delivered”. In cases, where you are unreachable on the provided address, WORTH will try to reach you for four business days. If the provided address is incorrect, then the delivery is marked Delivery Failed.
Buyers are advised not to receive the parcel if the seal is opened* or damaged before the payment is made to Seller and Logistics Officer in case of all “Cash on Delivery” orders. - We charge Rs.250 on all orders.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.Delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo, Pakistan Post.
